Shipping

All items ship within approximately 5 business days. Shipping charges include handling, order processing, packaging and transportation of items.

Variability and Character

Each piece is handmade and therefore may have small imperfections in glaze and color. Please note that these features are expected and give every item a unique appearance and character.

Return & Replacement Policy

All items are custom and unique. We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. If an item breaks during shipment, we can only issue a refund if you photograph the shipping box and broken item as received and email us the images within 24 hours of delivery.
